FAQ's

How do I care for your tees? Our tees are handmade to order. We recommend machine washing on COLD, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low.  

How do your tees fit? Our tees range from a snug women's fit to a unisex fit. Please read all descriptions on each listing to verify the fit of that specific tee. 

Where are you located? We are based out of Thomasville, Ga. 

Do you have your products in local stores? We currently only sell our products online, with an occasional local pop up shop.   

How long until my order ships? We are a small business and as much as we would love to ship orders same day, that is not always the case. All orders do ship within 7-10 days of purchasing.  

Do you do custom orders? Yes. 

What is your exchange policy? All sales are final; No returns. Exchanges due to incorrect sizing/garment defect can be made within ONE week of receiving your item. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Customer is required to pay all shipping fees in the event of an exchange. Please email us if you have any questions!  

What is your shipping policy? All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and/or UPS as specified by the customer. Expect anywhere from 2-5 days after shipping for delivery. A tracking # will be provided when order ships. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the address provided. In the event of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee.  

**Riding Creations, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but are "not received" are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office or UPS office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Please contact us if you would like to pay for insurance to be added on to your order. 

EXCHANGE POLICY: 

We accept exchanges within one week of receiving your purchase if the item is unwashed, unworn & in the same condition as you received it. As soon as your item is received back to us, we will issue you a discount code for the original order value to be used as a store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.  

**SALE ITEMS items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
